Our Clinical Capability service exists to ensure no participant ever has to choose between staying in their community and receiving high-quality clinical care. We deploy Registered Nurses with specialist skills across emergency response, chronic disease management, complex wound care, and palliative support — working collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create care plans that are evidence-based, person-centred, and built around individual goals.
